Dr. Michael G. Lim is a Board Certified physician and surgeon. He is among a few physicians in the United States who are uniquely trained as both an ophthalmologist and optometrist. Dr. Lim completed medical school at the highly- and nationally-ranked Baylor College of Medicine. After receiving his M.D. degree from Baylor, he was accepted to the Alton Ocshner Medical Foundation where he completed his residency training to become a medical and surgical ophthalmologist. Prior to entering medical school, Dr. Lim earned a degree in optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and holds licenses to practice medicine in New Mexico and Texas.
